  • 320 g of Spaghetti pasta
  • 400 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 6 g of tomato concentrate
  • 250 g of tomato paste
  • 3 g of fresh chili
  • 60 g of red onions
  • 4 leaves of basil
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sale and Black pepper



Start by washing the tomatoes, dry them and cut them into quarters.

Then finely chop the onion and let it brown in a frying pan with oil. Meanwhile private the chili of the seeds and cut it thin, add it to the pan and add the cut tomatoes. Heat on moderate heat for 7-8 minutes. Now add the tomato paste, salt and pepper and the tomato concentrate. Mix the ingredients well with a spatula and cook for another 30 minutes over a very low heat. After cooking, add the basil to taste.

Boil the spaghetti in plenty of salted water, at one minute from the end of the cooking, drain the pasta, pour it into the pan with seasoning, and mix the ingredients well. Serve them warm, with some basil leaves as decoration.
