Ingredients
– 70ml of coffee
– 4 teaspoons of sugar
– 20 grams of grated chocolate
– 300 ml of fresh whipping cream.
Preparation
1. Melt the chocolate and sugar in coffee and let cool
2. Whip the cream and add the coffee, chocolate and sugar mixture
3. Leave to cool for at least 1 hour in the freezer.
