Avocado SaladAvocado Salad is perfect for the summer season. The recipe presented includes the use of tomatoes, spinach, avocado, and onion; but you can make your salad more colorful and delicious by adding feta cheese, melon, or peppers or carrots cut into julienne!






For the salad:

  • 80 g of fresh spinach
  • 200 g of tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 spring onion

For the dressing:



To prepare the Avocado Salad, you can start by preparing the citronette: take the chili peppers, remove the seeds and sliced thin. Sprinkle the juice of 1 lemon and pour it into a jar, add 1 pinch of salt, pepper and chili pepper, then combine extra virgin olive oil. Close and shake the jar so as to emulsify the mixture.

Wash and dry both cherry tomatoes and spinach, then divide the cherry tomatoes in half; then cut in half and peel the avocado and reduce them into little cubes, cut also the spring onion. Now pour in the bowl the avocado, the tomatoes, and the spinach and finish the citronette.

Mix well all the ingredients and your Avocado Salad is ready to be tasted!
