Giovanni Collivasone started work as a baker in 1890. His son, Giuseppe, controlled the company from 1912 to the Fifties, when the founder’s grand-children, Giovanni and Ezio, entered the company. Ezio and his wife Franca Legnazzi drove the activity towards the confectionery industry.
