Description
Monocultivar taggiasca 03 comes from a century-old olive grove in a 250m-high, sunny area. Thanks to the very low acidity and the high quantity of poliphenols, this oil is exclusive, a limited edition from olives especially selected by Stefano.
Each bottle has its own “identity card”. Extra virgin olive oil is one of the main condiments of Mediterranean cuisine. Its benefits are so many that it is difficult to make a complete list. It is considered the best of greases, as chemical processes and the use of industrial means are totally excluded in its production process.
About the Brand
Frantoio Ulivi di Liguria was established in 1930 in Pietrabruna, a small village in the province of Imperia, with the centuries-old tradition to cultivate olives. The oil extraction techniques derive from the experience of four generations: olives are selected scrupulously using up-to-date machines and technologies.
After decades focused on oil production, in 2002 Frantoio Ulivi di Liguria opened in Santo Stefano al mare its own shop, selling its oils and a wider range of typical products. The 2011 saw the opening of another point of sales, this time in the famous Sanremo
