• One package of 500g Delverde penne zita rigate pasta
• One package of 500g Delverde spaghetti pasta
• A jar of 400g Barilla Bolognese sauce
• A jar of 190g Barilla Pesto sauce
• One slice of 250g Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese

Below you will find cooking instructions on how to optimize your meals!

Pasta

Put 5 litres of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. from there add 15gs of salt into the water. When boiling add the package of Delverde penne zita rigate pasta into the salted water. continue to cook the pasta at 100c for 9 minutes. When pasta is finished remove from heat and strain out the excess water!

When boiling add the package of Delverde spaghetti pasta into the salted water. continue to cook the pasta at 100c for 12 minutes. When pasta is finished remove from heat and strain out the excess water! 

Sauces

Simply combine Barilla Bolognese sauce with your favorite pasta for a delicious and flavorful meal ready in just minutes. Brown 500g of mince meat (lamb, beef, veal or pork) in a fry pan. Once the meat is well cooked, add the whole jar of sauce and stir until heated through. . Saute the pasta in the pan with the sauce, and serve with a sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

Barilla suggests to add less salt to the cooking water and to use a little of this water to dilute the Pesto for enjoying it at its best. Pesto has to be added to your pasta always away from direct heat. Serve with a sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
