Eggplant, Tomato, Onion, Celery, Olives and Capers. Typical Sicilian recipe ideal as a cold appetizer, as a side dish, or as a single dish. Exceptional on a toasted bread crouton with a drizzle of oil.

Fried aubergines 53% (aubergines, sunflower oil, salt), tomato pulp 15%, onion, olives 5%, extra virgin olive oil, celery, “Caper of Pantelleria PGI” 3%, sugar, wine vinegar, tomato paste, salt.
