Pesto of dried tomatoes, almonds and basil according to the Trapani tradition with the addition of a typical Sicilian garlic with a unique flavor recognized as a Slow Food presidium. Use: Excellent for a good plate of pasta, delicious on toasted bread with a drizzle of oil or to enhance meat-based main courses.
