Delverde
LOCATION
Fara San Martino, Abruzzo: while the Verde river has been flowing here for millions of years, Delverde began producing high quality pasta in this area in 1967, following the pasta-making traditions of the Abruzzo region.
HISTORY
Fara San Martino, in the valley of the Verde River, is inhabited since the Romans. Named after a Benedictine abbey, its culinary tradition enriched by natural resources was enhanced by the pasta making craft. It’s the setting of Delverde.
MISSION
The natural choice: To produce the best pure pasta from the purest water. This is the mission that we here at Delverde have pursued since the very beginning, in a setting that is close to nature and respectful of its values.
