Gonnelli

In February of 1585 the Santa Tea farm was bought for 300 coins by the Gonnelli brothers in Florence. The old mill was known for the special oil that was produced by its noble olives. With many generations running the mill-the companys expertise has been handed down year after year, continuing to produce a loved product all throughout Italy.
